STATE-OF-THE-ART MACHINING FACILITY
The inhouse machining facility has the capability to process a wide range of valve bodies and components in standard or exotic materials. Our state-of-the-art CNC machines operate in close co-ordination with world’s best tooling technology, there by creating a combination of high precision, value-added and affordable flow control solutions across a wide array of industrial applications.
Our assembly shop has fully qualified employees and supervising engineers working exactly in line with Synflo laid down procedures to guarantee high quality products.
All valves are assembled flawlessly to ensure that the products reach the customers without any defects having crept in. All assembly procedures are standardised and experienced assembly workers are handpicked to ensure high integrity valve assembly.
Our multiple valve test benches have been designed & built to ensure efficiency and maximum safety to the operators and supervising engineers. All valves are tested in accordance with international standards to ensure that high performance valves are delivered to the customer.
